Brett Holmberg - Hockey, Soccer, and Conditioning
- Over 15 years instructing and coaching hockey and soccer players
- Soccer development and regional head coach
- AAA hockey head coach
- Former Junior A hockey player
- Former semi-pro, university, and college soccer player

Darcie Lappan - Hockey
- Darcie grew up playing minor hockey with both the Kingston Ice Wolves and Belleville Bearcats.
- Played junior hockey for the Ottawa Lady Sens and Kingston Jr. Ice Wolves.
- Represented Team Ontario Blue in the 2017 National Women’s U18 championship.
- In 2019, Darcie represented Team Ontario in the Canada Winter Games.
- Attended both Colgate University and Clarkson University to play Division 1 ice hockey. Darcie won 2 ECAC championships while at college.
- Currently plays professional hockey in Sweden for MODO.

Taylor Eastwood - Hockey
- Taylor is a third-year member with the Queen's Varsity Hockey Team and is a Commerce student at Queen's.
- Taylor's strong background in playing and coaching hockey drives her love for instructing and developing the skills of hockey athletes. With plenty of experience on the ice, Taylor understands hockey from both a player’s and a coach’s perspective. That mix allows her to connect with the athletes, challenge them to push their limits, and help them reach their full potential.

Josiah Kraayenbrink - Hockey
- Josiah developed his game through minor hockey with his hometown rep team, the Huron Perth Lakers AAA.
- Hockey highlights include winning an OHF Championship in U15 and an Alliance title with Stratford before advancing to junior hockey.
- Played Junior C at 16, spent two seasons with the Listowel Cyclones (GOJHL), and moved to the States to play in the USPHL Premier.
- Played at the Junior A level with the Caledon Admirals (OJHL) in 2021-22.
- Transitioned from player to coach with another top-end hockey development school from 2021 to 2023.
- Received Fitness and Health Promotion diploma while interning as a strength and conditioning coach with the Kingston Frontenacs, Queen’s Varsity Sports, and the St. Lawrence college Basketball team.

Sophy Aldred - Hockey
- Sophy is a dedicated hockey coach and kinesiology student at Queen's University, where she also competes as a member of the Queen's Varsity Hockey Team.
- Sophy's passion for coaching is matched only by her commitment to helping others excel. Sophy has lots of experience coaching and playing hockey and therefore gets both sides of the game. She knows what it takes to push your limits and achieve peak performance, providing tailored guidance that meets the unique needs of each athlete. Sophy approaches coaching with enthusiasm and a desire to make athletes better through a fun and supportive environment.

Claire Sedgewick - Hockey
- Claire grew up playing minor hockey with the Kingston Ice Wolves.
- Played junior hockey for the Ottawa 67s and played one year of cegep hockey for the John Abbott Islanders.
- Going into her senior year at Yale university, playing division 1 hockey on the women’s team as a forward.
- During her time at Yale, Claire won the Wendy Blanning Award which goes to a player whose efforts reflect ideals of team play and individual improvement as a hockey player, and she is also an ACHA/Krampade Scholar All American.
